How is Workplace Literacy delivered?

Through a mixture of small group tutorials, individual  coaching, self-paced study and online learning

Trainees consult with specialist tutors to develop an Individual Learning Plan (ILP)

Tutors check in with learners at each session to make sure they are achieving the goals set out in their ILP

Additional individual or small group tuition is available where needed

Learners work at their own pace and can attend a flexible range of training times to fit around work hours
