McGirr Associates produces customised programmes designed to address the literacy learning needs of staff from a wide range of organisations. 

With over twenty years of business experience in this field we are confident that we can help staff gain and enhance valuable work-related skills, and become more efficient and effective in their jobs.  

How is Workplace Literacy delivered?

On site, through a mixture of small group tutorials, individual  coaching, self-paced study and online learning

Skills developed will be targeted to the needs of individual staff and the organisation

All learners will have an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) to work towards

Additional individual or small group tuition is available where needed

Learners work at their own pace and can attend a flexible range of training times to fit around work hours
